Nottinghamshire Orienteering Club

Terrain:
Harlow Wood is typical Sherwood Forest terrain characterised mainly by coniferous and deciduous vegetation with some lowland heath. The wood is a great place to explore and is extensively used by local horse riders, cyclists and dog walkers. A small tearoom is (was?) located at Portland College which is a great place to relax after your run. Extensive bramble cover following forestry operations in 2016/7.
